Date of Depositing of fee & late payment
The school fee counter shall be open on all working days from 8 am to 1 pm. The fee of each month should be deposited by cash before the 15th of every month at the school fee counter. A fine of Rs.5/= per day shall by charged after the 15th of every month and admission shall be cancelled after the end of that month automatically without any notice. Time extension may be allowed by the Principal upon a written request for 1 week.
Security Money (Caution Money)
Caution money of Rs 1000/= shall be charged from each student and shall be refunded by a crossed cheque only on presentation of the deposit card. No interest shall be paid on the money deposited.
The caution money may be deducted if
The fees or any fines are due to be paid.
Library or laboratory dues are pending.
The chiild leaves school in the middle of the session without giving a written notice of 2 months.
There is breakage of the school property.
The original deposit card is not returned back.
This money shall lapse if the student does not present the original receipt card within a year of cancelling his admission from the school.
Withdrawal notice and Fee Refund
A child can be withdrawn from the school on giving two months notice in writing or two month’s fee in lieu of notice. Refund of any advance fee paid / Annual charges shall be done on pro-rata basis.
Increase of fee
Fee can be increased any time during the session if the pay scale of the staff of the school is increased by the U.P. govt. or C.B.S.E. Delhi otherwise it will be increased at the beginning of the session i.e. from April.
Class X and XII- Attendace
Students of class Xth and XIIth may be detained from appearing in the Board’s final examination if in the opinion of the parents they are weak in studies or if they fail in the pre-final tests or if they do not attain 75% attendance or if they are not able to qualify in S.U.P.W. or if their dues are not cleared up to date. The decision will be taken only after taking their parents in confidence in writing and will not be forced upon the parents and the school shall not be responsible in any way as the parents will have the final say. It is the duty of parents to meet the Principal every months in the Parents Teacher Meeting to find out about the attendance percentage.
Legal
Any dispute between the parents and the management or between students Principal or teachers and the Principal or management shall be decided by the sole arbitrator Mr. Ehsan Ali, M.A. L.L.B. who will be the honorary arbitrator. In his absense the dispute shall be decided by a sole arbitrator to be named by the president of the managing committee and in case of a dispute between the parents and president he will be named by the Principal of the school
Arbitration
The arbitration proceedings will take place under rules of the Indian Arbitration Act and none of the parties will be free to go to the court without deciding the dispute by the arbitrator and his decision will be final and binding on all the parties.
Parents Teacher Meeting (PTM )
There will be parents teacher meeting on every second saturday of each month. Parents should come and meet the Principal on every 2nd saturday of each month. They should discuss their students problems in detail and get a feedback from the teachers regarding their progress and attendance percentage.
